The Laederach Lab is interested in many aspects of RNA structure and folding. We use computational approaches coupled with high-throughput chemical mapping to understand RNA folding. We are interested in both RNA secondary and tertiary structure, and specifically how mutations, exogenous molecules, and folding conditions can affect folding.
