CONFERENCE SITE

The Rensselaerville Conference Center has been the site for numerous Albany conferences, including three NSF-sponsored meetings on Computational Biology. It is beautifully set in the Heldeberg Mountains 27 miles (43 kilometers) southwest of Albany, with separate buildings dedicated to oral presentations and posters, dining hall, and guesthouses strewn across a hilly park that is embedded in a wilderness and borders a lake. The site will house around 85 participants, but the auditorium and dining hall can accommodate additional commuters that will be expected to come from nearby colleges including RPI, Albany Medical College and SUNY Albany.
