ABSTRACT AND POSTER GUIDELINES:

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Abstracts are due on Thursday, October 6 2011.

This is a HARD deadline. No abstracts will be accepted after this date.

Your abstract must be prepared using the following guidelines (see attached sample format (Word) (pdf)):

• Preferred Program - Microsoft Word
• Font - Times Roman 12
• 1 Inch margins
• Single spaced
• 250 word limit
• Include title and authors in bold-type
• One abstract allowed per person

MAKE SURE YOUR ABSTRACT IS PROOF-READ PRIOR TO SUBMISSION. ALL ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE ABOVE REQUESTED FORMAT OR THEY WILL BE RETURNED.

Please submit your abstracts as an attachment in an e-mail to axt12@wadsworth.org.

Poster Guidelines:

• Poster size should be no larger that 3' wide X 4' high. Due to the large number of presenters, all posters should be in vertical format.
• Keep things simple: "A picture is worth a 1000 words"
