Genotyping Services
Genotyping services include a variety of approaches for genotyping, as well as DNA purification and PCR troubleshooting/ optimization services. The types of genotyping analyses offered include Taq-Man-based single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), fragment analysis and gene copy number variation (gene dosage) analysis using multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA).
