DNA Quantitation
The Core uses Quant-it assays and Nanodrop technology to quantitate purified DNA and PCR product.
Guidelines
Please contact a member of the AGTC staff before you submit a request for service that has never been performed within the Core.
Complete the Sample ID Sheet and Service Request form whenever you submit samples to the AGTC. Please consult a member of the Genotyping staff to determine which quantitation method is most appropriate for your project.
Quant-it DNA Assay
Samples must be submitted in 96-well plate or 1.5ml tubes for Quant-it DNA quantitation
Nanodrop
Samples may be submitted in most lab ware when quantitated using the Nanodrop
