Sequencing

• Data Retrieval for Non-Wadsworth Users

  Data may be returned as a hard copy or via email.

• Data Retrieval for Wadsworth Users

  Data may be returned as a hard copy and may be retrieved through the dnaLIMS. dnaLIMS data files will be available for 30 days from run date. Please contact the core if you have any difficulties retrieving data.

Genotyping and Microarray

• Data Retrieval for Non-Wadsworth Users

  Data is either emailed or burned to a disc and returned to the requestor.

• Data Retrieval for Wadsworth Users

  Data are downloaded to the AGTC server. Data files will be available for 30 days from run date. Please contact the core for information about accessing the server.
