Capillary Electrophoresis

Capillary Electrophoresis is available using the Beckman P/ACE MDQ: The resulting separation of discrete zones is based on both the charge and size of the components. The selectivity of the separation differs from that found with HPLC or SDS gel electrophoresis. The system is characterized by speed (runs <20 min), reproducibility, versatility, excellent resolution and only requires nanoliters of sample solution.
