Please note: The application below is only for high school and college students who live in the Albany, NY, area and wish to volunteer in a laboratory. If you are seeking a paid position, please look at the employment page.

Student Research Volunteer Application

Scientists at Wadsworth Center sometimes accept high school students as volunteers in their laboratories, although college students are more likely to find placement. You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer in a laboratory.

To assess your experience and interests, please complete the application form below. Your responses will be shared with scientists. You will be contacted only if someone expresses interest in your application.

Your application will be kept on file for three months. After that time it will be removed from the volunteer database. You will not be notified, but you may reapply using the volunteer form.
