Professional Education Work Group

Vision: Medical and public health professionals who are not specifically focused on genetic disease can recognize the roles played by genetics in the health of their patients and know how to access and use the information and consultation services they need for optimum care of their patients.

Goal: Identify areas of educational need and provide access to tools, information and materials that meet the needs for health care of people with genetic disorders and their families.
