PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RABIES SHIPPING CONTAINERS
Place specimen in 13x20" bag and tie within itself.
Wrap bagged specimen in polypropylene absorbent pad. Place
inside can. Use paper to fill void space in can to prevent
movement. Apply cover and overcap ring with lid press or
rubber mallet. Place can in bag. Twist bag and close with
tie. Set cans in cooler on EPS pad. Place EPS foam can
divider between cans. Return frozen gel packs to sides of
cooler. Use paper to fill void space in cooler. Place
cooler with lid inside 3 mil bag. Seal carton with 2"
tape provided. Mark and label carton per requirements.
