Randall H. Morse - Microarray Data

Microarray data from these studies can be downloaded below.

Data from Yu et al. (2006) includes comparison of H31-28 to wild type yeast, and H42-26 to wild type yeast, all grown in Complete Synthetic Medium (CSM). We also include comparison of wild type yeast grown in YPD and CSM.

Data from Yarragudi et al. (in press) includes comparison of abf1 ts yeast to wild type at 37 C, and rap1 ts yeast to wild type at 37 C, all grown in YPD (rich medium).

The information in Tables 2 and 3 from Sabet et al. (2003) can be downloaded from this site as Microsoft Excel files. Table 2 contains microarray data comparing gene expression from H3Δ1-28 yeast cells to wild type; three comparisons are included. Table 3 contains microarray data comparing gene expression from H4Δ2-26 to wild type yeast cells. Comparisons between two H4Δ2-26 samples and two wild type samples are shown.

Data from Sabet et al. (2004) can also be downloaded as a single Excel file that includes comparisons of H3Δ1-28, H4Δ2-26, H3(K4,9,14,18,23,27Q), H4(K5,8,12,16Q), and rpd3Δ to wild type, and also rpd3Δ H3Δ1-28 to H3Δ1-28 and rpd3Δ H4(K5,8,12,16Q) to H4(K5,8,12,16Q).

The absolute intensity data for all the experiments in Sabet et al. (2004) have been deposited in the Gene Expression Omnibus website (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/), accession number GSE1639.

To save the following Excel files, right click on a PC or Unix workstation, or click on a Macintosh, and select "Save as". In most browsers, these files can be directly viewed simply by clicking. To view, open in Excel.
