MA L - Mask - line across image

PURPOSE

Masks a specified image with a line of specified background. Works for 2-D and 3-D images.

USAGE

.INPUT FILE: H_PIC001
[Enter the name of the file to be masked.]

.OUTPUT FILE: H_IMG030
[Enter the name of the output file.]

If the input file is 3D the following question appears:

.ENTER SLICE NUMBER: 12
[Enter the slice which has a line to be masked.]

.ENTER LINE NUMBER TO BE MASKED: 16
[Enter the line to be masked.]

.ENTER BACKGROUND: 0.0
[Enter the value to be put in the masked line.]
