PDB CG3 - PDB - Calculate center of gravity

PURPOSE

To determine coordinates of gravity center of atomic coordinates in a PDB file.

USAGE

.OPERATION: PDB CG3 X11,X12,X13,X14,X15,X16,X17

[X11-X13 will receive center of gravity coordinates in PDB

cordinate system. X14-X16 will receive center of gravity coordinates in SPIDER coordinate system with unit

of Angstrom. X17 will receive the total number of counted

atoms. Also, the centers of gravity in both coordinate system

are printed out. ]

NOTES

1. The coordinates should be divided by pixel size if the coordinates are expected in the unit of pixel.
