If the images to be adjusted don't have the same window size,
for example, to get reference prj001  from 128,128 to 150,150:
 	
1) Pad reference to actual size and put particle in center
	pd prj001 to 150,150, top left 12,12  =prji001
	check if it is still on centre (in case padding was with
	wrong right top coordinates):
	rotate 3 times 90 degress, add these 3 and the initial

2) If images need to be both re-adjusted and oriented, they should
be initially rotated by eye, and when the size is adjusted, re-aligned
using the existing procedures
