Alternative obsolete alignment routines for use with: AP MQ

These procedures are made available to retain compatibility with an older alignment approach thet relied on AP MQ

• docmq2sh.bat
  (converts AP MQ alignment output files which are listed by defocus group to 'AP SH' format)
• docmq_old_2sh.bat
  (converts AP MQ alignment output which are listed by micrograph to 'AP SH' format)
• apmq.bat
  apmqctf.bat
