De Jesus Laboratory

Our laboratory is interested in, and collaborates with laboratories that are interested in:

  • The basic immunological parameters that govern intestinal homeostasis
  • Antigen and microbial entry into intestinal Peyer's patches
  • Transcriptomics of the intestinal mucosa
  • ​Oral vaccine delivery 
  • Mucosal Immunology
  • Micro and nano particle therapeutics
  • Mucosal antibodies as therapeutics
  • Dendritic cells
  • C-type lectin receptors
  • Fungal pathogens such as Candida albicans, Candida auris and Cryptococcus neoformans
