The Immunology Core is responsible for assisting users in flow cytometry panel development, sample acquisition, sorting, and data analysis. Dr. Jennifer Yates is a classically trained immunologist with extensive experience in using flow cytometry as a tool for defining immune cell populations in mice and humans. Much of her research has focused on B cell immunology – specifically the B cell response to infection, immunization, and generation of humoral memory. Dr. Yates is particularly interested in applying the fundamentals of immunology to translational technologies and novel assays that benefit public health.
